In this skyscraper, three convoluted towers, each of them, having a specified shape, contains one of the three programs. Where these volumes overlap, the functions adapt.
So retail, which is wide at the base, gets soon absorbed by commerce and turns first into an atrium, higher up into a core. Commerce grows wider in the middle heights and residences widen up in the top of the building. The façade mirrors this distribution with differentiated modules stretching across the volumes. The residence elements are only one floor high, whereas the office and retail modules cover two floors. To achieve certain light conditions, the first ones orientate and open up towards different coordinate points, while the latter stays closed with only thin light wells.
Also the floor plans take up the complex geometry of the façade.
