By separating the parts of the skyscraper and then fusing them back together, we created conditions that allow more natural light to enter the tower, more privacy for residential areas and reduction of the influence of the building on the surrounding area. Seperation of the tower provides a better orientation because of the relation view to the other bundles. Smaller floor plans reduce the number of rooms, but therefore it increases the angle of the outlook. The fused parts of the tower create larger floor plans where the programs interact without interfering.
Due to the sculptural character of the shape, we developed a two-layered facade which is differentiated at the retail parts in order to achieve an orientation for people moving inside and outside of the tower.
According to the site we created an interfacing as a mix of retail, plaza, bus station and parking for cars and bikes.
