The Stress Watch is a special stress erasing device.
In addition to time, this Watch display the date, day, month and year, as well
the Biofeedback real-time information on body functions, like well-being waves and stress line, the heart rate and the body`s temperature.
The effects of breathing on the parasympathetic system will be measured into the bracelet, and uses this information to guide into relaxation.
It works by visualizing your body condition on the clock face-screen and helps you to change your breathing and your focus. As you slow down your breathing and find your optimal breathing rate, you will literally see a changing of the pattern of your pulse rate, the well-being wave go from sprinted ones with warm colors to long, smooth waves with cool colors.
